The resort is located at the beach of Pitimbu, distant 68 km from João Pessoa/PE, Brazil. Designed to function as a second residence but with the structure of a resort, it will operate as a real estate quota system and time-sharing, a new model for the Brazilian Northeast hospitality industry.

The use of natural materials, local labor and sustainable solutions were a requirement of the client, adding value to the project, which is located in a protect area.

The project has a total of 160 apartments, divided into studios, 1-bedroom apartments, 2-bedroom and 2-bedroom with terrace. In addition, the resort feature restaurants, bars, community recreation areas, a spa and a convention center.
