In today’s market, physical stores are the business card of brands, playing an important role in defining and expressing the concept of the brand. However, it is a market in constant flux, with trends changing really fast. Carmen Steffens was quick in realize that the brand had to revamp themselves in shorter periods, around 2.5 years and totally change their look in four or five years.
With that in mind, the office was tasked with the responsibility of developing a concept for their brand that could be easily replicated across their franchises around the country and internationally, while keeping their brand identity strong and easily recognizable, in order to keep the value of investments relatively low and significantly increase the margins of operations.
